Use this foot elevator because it'll keep your heel off the surface of the bed to prevent skin irritation and damage. The elevator has a wide flat base to prevent internal and external hip rotation. The foot elevator is a dense foam that does not bottom out. An adjustable plantar strap holds the foot in the correct position. The user places their foot through the central opening in the elevator and secures the strap around their foot.
